OUR RANGE OF CARE:

Like all conscientious family practitioners, our training qualifies us to diagnose and treat a wide variety of problems, while keeping us constantly alert to those situations with which we may need specialty consultant support; but in general, your care with us will include the following examples of medical needs:

  • Basic medical care for all ages, from infants to senior citizens, including health maintenance, cancer screening, acute illness care, urgent care within the office and follow-up after hospitalization.
  • Gynecology from PAP smears to menstrual problems, birth control, infections, hormone imbalances and menopause.
  • Pediatrics, including well child checks as well as treatment for all common childhood illnesses and diseases.
  • Dermatologic proceduresincluding biopsies, lesion removal, chronic skin conditions.
  • Cardiorespiratory care for chronic or acute diseases.
  • Gastrointestinal diagnosis and treatments.
  • Orthopedic problems and arthritis or inflammatory conditions.
  • Infectious diseases.
  • Mental and psychological disorders such as anxiety, depression.
  • Allergy and ear/nose/throat problems.
  • Minor trauma, laceration repairs, foreign body removal.

In order to provide the type of personalized medical care described above, we have found it necessary to break with the tradition of billing your office care to insurance companies and allowing them to decide whether your care is covered. Instead, we charge a monthly fee per person, which covers all services described above, regardless of the number of services used in a month. By avoiding the middle-man cost of insurance companies, we can pass on savings to you. Thus, we are able to offer this kind of extensive and personalized care for a very affordable price.

SUBOXONE, SUBUTEX, ZUBSOLV

Both our doctors are licensed by the State of Washington to treat opiate addiction using Buprenorphine (the active ingredient in Suboxone, Subutex and Zubsolv). Patients must be detoxed first, then we can provide maintenance therapy. A Meet-And-Greet is available before starting care.

You may terminate your care at any time, but termination notice must be in writing at least 30 days prior to final automated payment.
